The City of Fairfax will be holding a public hearing during the city council meeting on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.  Here is the link to the hearing notice:

Public Hearing to review an application for a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan and to make available to the public the contents of an environmental information document and the City's Project Plan.

 

 

The IDOT requesting public input for a corridor study on US 151 in Benton, Linn, and Iowa Counties.  The corridor study begins at the Northern Amana city limits and extends to the Southern city limits of Fairfax.   Here are links to an online video and the survey:

The videos and survey will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.  They are asking people to complete the survey by January 16, 2025.
