We offer-

Three 4-hour time slots, 8 AM to Noon, 1 to 5 PM, and 6 to 10 PM

Have a full kitchen with some supplies, twenty 6-foot tables and chairs

A computer hookup with projector and large screen.  

Sound System with speakers in the ceiling.

Community Room Capacity is 95, the Veranda is 49.

**City of Fairfax residents pay $100 per time slot, non-residents pay $150.

If you would like to proceed to rent the room, please stop by city hall during our regular office hours to sign a contract and pay the required rental fee.  You do not have a reservation until you have signed a contract and paid the rental fee.  You may pay by cash, check, or debit/credit card for a small convenience fee.  The room is rented on a first come, first serve basis.  Rental fees are non-refundable.

Community Room Cleaning Sheet  -  Each rental is provided this sheet.  It is to be filled out at the end of your rental, many use it as a cleaning guide.  A city employee inspects the facility after each rental.
